Applied Online, had a current employee also submit my resume directly to the hiring manager to ensure it was received by those responsible for hiring.
Was called and given a basic phone screen about my employment background before scheduling an interview. Had four total interviews on two different days. It took a little over a week before I heard back about the interview.
The questions were fairly simple and common for business roles. Not any real technical questions, just questions about my background (based on my resume), my work style and my software abilities/knowledge.

There weren't too many difficult questions. For this role I would suggest looking into the companies financials to have an idea of how large the company is in case you get these types of questions. Also be prepared to answer questions like "when was a time that you struggled at work and how did you overcome it" etc.

It was really smooth and perfact. Questions was relatively to the point of what you have written in resume. There’s were 2 rounds in total. One was by manager and other was director round.

Easy. I met 1 manager and 2 Directors. They asked me to run them through my resume. Asked a couple of cross questions related to my past work experience. It was all well organised and done in 1.5 hours.

The overall process was quick, easy and efficient. I went through the basic phone screening with HR and was asked to come in for an in person interview. The first interview on site was with two supervisors in the department. Mostly behavioral/resume based questions. The second round interview was a similar format, but with the director of the department. The interviews themselves lasted approximately two hours and were very conversational and laid back.
