I was contacted to interview with Aramark in early April. Scheduled the interview for the end of April using their AI Assistant, and got reminders when the interview was approaching, even one saying my interview begins in 30 minutes the day of the scheduled interview. I, however, never got a call from Aramark. At first I assumed that time had simply run over with the previous candidate, but then after 40 minutes of silence, I tried to reschedule using the AI Assistant but it said there were no more time slots. I emailed HR telling them I was scheduled and did not receive a call, and they told me they would reach out to the hiring manager. I waited a week and didn't hear from anyone, so I followed up with HR, and haven't gotten any responses my last two follow ups. I haven't heard from the hiring manager, and I even called HR, who was unable to help me. It's been almost a month since I was supposed to be interviewed and haven't received so much as an apology. Very unprofessional.
