There was a phone screening which took about five minutes and then an in-person interview which was around 20 minutes. The first phone screening I had I never received a call, or any information about a cancellation, just a link to schedule another one. Both interviews were very easy and no practice was necessary. I was offered the job on the spot after the second one.
