The other red flag was that over most of their workforce are University of Michigan graduates. Felt as if the organization has alumni bias. This bias will inhibit innovation and growth for them and their stakeholders in the long run.

I assume I didn't get the job(after 4 weeks of no reply) but I would have appreciated some communication regarding the same. The ghosting really soured the overall experience.
