CV and covering letter at first, takes a couple of weeks to get back to you. If successful a video interview where they ask questions about what motivates you, strengths, weaknesses etc. Then if successful you get to the assessment centre. Very challenging day but in a good way. Various group tasks, presentations, written exercises and long interview.

Invited to AC after online tests. The AC involved two separate parts: one more general behavioral/competency group task that revolved around an EV project and then a second task that was more technical and involved evaluating risks.

The overall process was long, roughly 6 months, large gap between stages of the interview and little correspondence thoughout. Keep you hanging on although they are going to make an offer but rarely amounts to anything.
