The recuiter contacted me for an entry level position at Houston office. The phone interview was conducted a week after online applying. She told me to wait for the on-site interview with hiring manager. But I would never hear back from this company again. No offer, no rejection, no response.

Very friendly and easy going process. There were multiple rounds of interviews, one with a recruiter and one with the team I interviewed with. The one with a recruiter was more along the lines of my interest in my career and with Arcadis while the one with the water team was more personal and specific to my experience.
