An external recruiter reached out with an opportunity within the Highways UK team this was then followed by a formal interview with an associate director.
This took around two weeks and was offered a role which I accepted

How are your Skills and Experience relevant to the role?
The Interview is quite hard to answer especially the theoretical questions. Preparation is the key. Evrything is setup before the schedule and is coordinated to the interviewee ahead of time.

Entretien
A friendly interviewer in a casual and comfortable setting. The questions were related to the previous roles and the education taken before. Also a discussion about the project you will undertake in the organization and if you are familiar with that kind.
