The process is similar to other companies I applied through an agency on 27 oct 2020. Rounds are generally like 1) Aptitude test 2)Technical Round-1 3)Technical Round-2 4)Hr Round The Worst Part is there management they sheduled interview for 30 oct then on next day i received mail in morning that your interview is scheduled today.I was received a call at my time they did't took the Round-1 test.(29 oct 2020) The conversation on call for the schedule of technical round-1 they check and ask behavioural questions ,then they schedule interview. It was quite well all things were smooth question on basic programming ,DS ,Algorithm ,Resume. Round-2 tech was about introduction first ,then there were three people on panel, question was based on Resume ,deeply on projects ,I have written python in my resume then there was a lot about my project discussion ,at last they told me you are selected for further round but that was last conversation then no mail,no call. Even they did't mail for the secound round technical they called me and gave the date. As such a big company can't expect this type of low management things. After that i was told to wait for last round but no contact. I contacted HR ,and told me wait for further they will contact after that i called 4-5 times same after 40 days when i called they told we have not get any positive Feedback we have closed our hiring . This is real cenario.
