After submitting my application I've been contacted via email with some follow up technical questions regarding my professional experience and about some issues they were having with their fabrication. this first part went well and 2 weeks later I got invited for a f2f interview. It was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. I met 3 groups and I had to answer the same set of questions over and over. Nothing too technical and it last 2-3 hours. I had to wait ~4 weeks to hear that my application was rejected.
