Interview with Principal Consultant, and then Managing Director. There is a written test. Most questions are open questions. The team wants to know your personality, your vision and your ability of account servicing.
there were about 4 rounds of interviews - HR, your direct mentor, senior consultants and finally MD. depending on the role you're applying for, the assessments might differ and you might be speaking to different stakeholders. Interview to offer took about one month .

The interview was in multiple rounds and each round was quite in-depth. Assignment was interesting and you are given a chance to speak your mind - and appreciated for it.
