Archway typically hires temporary employees from staffing agencies for at least 6 months before offering someone FT employment. Depending on the dept, some interviews are done by your team peers who then give reccomendations to the hiring manager.

The interview process was very easy. No difficult questions and I was hired for a position higher than what I initially went in to be interviewed for. I think they were just looking for warm bodies to fill positions to fix their mess at an on-site location. There should have been mention of perm position pay because when I was offered the perm position, it was MUCH less than what I would have expected. I countered their offer and it took them a month (and prodding) for them to decline my counter,
