They asked have you ever been a part of a team at a job. They asked why you wanted to work there and said that was the most important question of the entire interview.

They call you in for an interview and have you fill out a paper app and interview. Usual questions about whether or not you a team player and how you resolve conflicts at work. Standard background check, drug test, physical and vision test.
