Discussed my previous experience; they had reasonable expectations. Spoke with the hiring manager, HR, as well as COO. Moved at a reasonable pace. Heard back fairly quickly. There were only 2 - 3 rounds of interviews, with the last one being on-site.

Tell me about a time where you encountered conflict with someone with a differing opinion.
Applied from Linkedin. HR screening by phone, written assessment by email, hiring manager interview by zoom, on site interview. Each step takes around 1-2 weeks. The whole process looked ok, but seems there is not a clear decision making process. The employees there looked exhausted.
I applied online. Interview was a video call with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview with the team and upper management. The process took about 3 weeks. The hiring manager and the team were great, however, the VP of the department showed exactly how much they cared. First, they paused the interview to take a phone call in front of me, told me people can't work by themselves without asking him for help, and then started asking me questions not even related to the role or my experience. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth.
