The interview was very casual and helpful to know a bit of background about the company prior to interview , and try and think of the different scenarios so that you can answer questions confidently .
The interview seems to go very quick , you will answer a few questions then fill out a few forms .

Very informal interview, asked competency based questions overall very relaxed and felt more like just a chat rather than an actual interview. If you get passed the interview you get called to arrange a driving assessment.

Entretien
After a brief chat with the manager you are invited back another day to drive one of the vans. An external examiner is in there with you and its like a driving test but a bit more chilled out. If you have never driven a van before like me take extra precautions as you can misjudge the size of the van easily. When you get back they will tell you about the scoring which you will know about another day
