The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability

Group interview in the staff room. All handed in our right to work documents and were then asked to speak to the person next to us and introduce them to the group. After, we did another group task that involved deciding which celebrities would best fit the role of working in each of Argos' departments (e.g. tills, picking, fast track) and then we reported back our suggestions to the room. That was it.
