Received a phone call after applying online and invited for a face to face interview. Was shown around the stockroom. Very relaxed and calm. Interview wasn’t pressured or scary. Asked simple questions and made general conversation. Was introduced to the team and values of the company.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
