Took around fifteen minutes to answer and had a follow up email within a few hours

On a scale of very effective to not very effective : when serving a customer a fellow employee in the other till asks for help issuing a refund.
Help them out, tell them sorry but you're busy or swap till
straightforward question, nothing too challenging, interviewers were very friendly and relaxed and listened really well. Interview lasted around 25 minutes and found out i got the job in less than a week

A casual chat with the manager. Mainly focussed on availability and proximity to the store. Gave brief background and was told about the role and what it entails. The interview will vary manager to manager so any prep will help

It is a casual discussion. They really want to know how you handle tough customers and how quickly you can pick up work. As well as flexibility with time. As they need people to be multiskilled. Working back and front of house.
