Easy as expected, it was a warehouse stock worker job, unsociable hours but was paid a bit extra for it as you'd expect for giving up the prime of your life as a youth.
Very simple group interview talkin to each person and a few quizzes and team building exercise overall boring and lengthy considering how simple the role is I thought it would only be an hour or so

Very calm and easy going. Asked the basic interview questions about values and your way of dealing with certain situations or problems, team experience and other similar interview requirements etc

A really easy process and I was made to feel at home during the interview. I waffled a little too much but Andrew was very understanding and sympathetic. We discussed disability adjustments and which was understood and agreed.
