Very Straight forward and overall very friendly feeling. Managers introduced themselves and then got the chance to talk about myself. Then manager explained about the open position and their department

How would I do to explain a current market situation to the stakeholders.
It was a fairly straightforward process with HR interview first - which was online and then a follow up interview with hiring manager shortly afterwards. There was also a personality test as part of the hiring process
