Very down to Earth interview, outlines exactly what the job consists of that way there are no secrets when you begin working. All individuals working here are extremely kind and want to see you succeed.

The initial interview was a phone call with an HR employee. The second interview was with two higher-up HR employees who specifically manage Paralegals/Legal Assistants. While I believe I could've been better prepared, the interviewers came off very uninterested and unfriendly, and I believe this contributed to my nervousness because it felt as though I would not be considered from the get-go. Other than that, the time in between each interview was fairly quick and they did not take too long to call me back and tell me that I was not selected.
