They took 6rounds as if they are paying some 50k salary, but the salary was 1.2LPA with 2years of bond, they will take the originals and won't give till 2 years. I was happy when I cleared 6 rounds but then disappointed by telling the salary as 10k per month, take home will be around 7 or 7.5 k I guess. So I rejected the offer and then they took the offer letter from me. Freshers can join this company if they are okay with the salary till 2 years. Anyhow performance based hike will be there but if ur performance is 100% then also u can't exceed 15k in 2 years. But if u can manage with the salary for 2 years then you will have a great future after 2 years based on this experience. Read the above information and decide by yourself in case of salary till 2 years.
