Assessment centre style. You do group exercises and an interview with the proposed line manager for your internship. You also have to prepare and deliver a presentation on any topic to group of people who may not be specialised in this subject.

Online application, telephone interview with hiring agency, assesment day with interview, two group tasks and a short presentation. Lunch provided, everyone very freindly to make you feel at ease. Travel expenses refunded.

Phone interview and then assessment centre.
Easy phone interview with soft skill questions.
Assessment centre was a full day with a presentation, individual interview and a group task.
The whole process took around a month and I was told very quickly after the assessment centre that I had an offer
