While the interview process was long, I do believe it was respectful of my time and allowed a very good representation of my skills.
- Initial online JS assessment and Personality quiz
- Recruiter Call
- CTO Interview
- Take Home Assignment (not timed, very fun)
- Systems Design Interview
- Behavioral
- Offer about 1-2 weeks after.
Really the only thing I can say is it was longer than other interviews I have participated in- about 7 weeks. However, everyone I had the chance to speak with was very delightful and the recruiter(s) I worked with were very encouraging and stayed in contact.

Entretien
Four brisk interviews, 30 minutes each, with representatives from different departments of the company. Need to come fully prepared -- 30 minutes is not much time to sell yourself. Core values are evaluated as well as technical competency. Questions are challenging but fair.

Applied online. The confirmation email asks you to take 3 assessments. One technical, two emotional/IQ tests. Completed all assessments successfully. Automated rejection email a few days later. In fact, I got two confirmation emails for the same assessments and 2 rejection emails. They don't care/review your application nor actually look at your assessment results. Avoid this company. Do not invest yourself in the interview process by doing the assessments unless an actual person asks you to do so, meaning that you're actually a candidate and not a resume, or if you want the practice.

IQ test, coding test through code signal and design interview where they asked me to consider various parts of a software system. Then they made me an offer. But they couldn’t disclose what my percent stake would be from my shares.
