Not bad at all. Very standard interview questions as I went on more and more interviews I sensed the questions got more personal as if they were trying to get to know me and to get a feel for what I would be like to work with.

30 min phone screen with human resources. After passing, move on to rounds of video interviews. Arrow seems to want to know unique traits and skills a candidate may bring to the role.

Very straightforward, shorter interview process than other jobs I’ve applied for but I liked all the people I interviewed with. Mostly personal type interviews, the recruiter was super nice and helpful as well.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly quick, once they decide if you're a good fit for the position. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a video interview (2020 pandemic) with the hiring manager. The interview was behavioral, based on STAR format, and consisted of only about 6 questions. After the interview with the hiring manager, I had one more interview with the department director, which was very quick and easy--mostly get-to-know-you questions.
