The process was unique in the quantity of interviewers that you meet, which was helpful in understanding more about Arrow, as you meet with people at all levels of the company, giving great insight into its structure and dynamic. The interviews felt conversational at times, and more traditional at others, which added to the enjoyability of the process. Overall, it was a great experience.
