There was a group of other interviewees when I went in. Though my initial interview went well I was unable to undergo the training because it was at very odd hours that did not fit my schedule.

Pretty quick, easy, and straightforward. Didn't ask much about my resume and was mainly explaining what the role would entail. After a zoom interview, you'll be brought in for the next round which was basically dance lessons for three days.

Entretien
I had interviews over 2 days a total of about 4 hours. They asked me about my work and dance experience and a lot of different questions to figure out my personality. At the end they told me I would do well at AMDC, but that particular studio was looking for a different personality. Then they gave me tips for applying to other AMDC studios: different cities to apply to, some of my strengths to develop and capitalize on, and some questions to expect in interviews. Studios will be more willing to hire people who want to make a career out of it.
