You talk with multiple levels of management, starting with HR, all the way to a partner. After the partner interview, you're invited for an all-day on-site where you'll meet the entire team.

Eventually have to meet the whole team on an on-site after four rounds going from HR up to the leader of the group. These early rounds are largely behavioral with some demonstrated interest questions. More heavy technical stuff came on the on-site.
