Submitted an application in late November, invited to interview in April. Had an hour long interview with an Associate Director, more of an informal discussion about my experience, extra curricular activities and education rather than a formal interview, which I appreciated. Interviewer was friendly and encouraging and put my nerves at ease, I was more excited, even! Really enjoyable chat about the company, my project, design, architecture and the engineering industry. Great experience, discussed local projects Arup have worked on and was shown some plans and BIM models of current projects they're working on.
