I applied for a graduate role in the building structures department. I was offered a telephone interview in November 2016 which I passed but did not hear back from them for a couple months so assumed I was unsuccessful. I received an invitation to an assessment centre in February 2017 and was given just over a weeks notice.

Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.
