Had to do the usual rounds before hand- application form with questions, games of a few kinds, and then the interview with the Team leads. The interview was quite casual. Had a very casual 'Meet & Greet ' with them, the team, recent grad hires and fellow interviewees. This meant that the interview a few days later was much more relaxed. They asked questions about what I would do in certain situations and how I normally act...trying to see how well I fit the 'Arup' personality. Then they asked 2-3 technical questions pertaining to general bending moment diagrams and basic dynamics (no calculations). The main tip I could give to thoroughly study the Arup personality (mission and values), and be honest. They take many angles in to figure out if you really mean what you claim to say. If you do lie, they're likely to find out at some point in the interview, tarnishing your credibility. Know the company and the team. This one is focused on FEA and dynamics along with other specialist areas.
