Stuurde mijn CV naar het kantoor in Amsterdam en werd na 3 weken uitgenodigd voor een sollicitatiegesprek. Een vennoot, erg aardig, voerde dit gesprek met mij: het was helemaal niet technisch, maar alleen, denk ik, om mijn soft skills en in het algemeen mijn enthousiasme om daar te werken te beoordelen.

The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
