Prerecorded video interview then interview with team. Was told that there is a final interview with team lead. After my interview with the team, I was rejected. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter told me that I did well, even though I was not offered a second interview. Team went with someone with more experience.

There was an online application form with some motivational and skills-based questions. I was then invited to a 2-day virtual assessment centre. Day 1 had a talk from HR, a Q&A with a recent graduate hire, and a group exercise. Day 2 had an individual technical exercise and an individual interview with 2 interviewers.
