Relaxed informal interview discussing experience to date and personal questions about hobbies and interests. Interviewers were very friendly and helped to make you feel relaxed and provide guidance on how best to answer the questions (e.g talk specifically about what YOU did).

First was an application with 4 different questions depending on which stream you apply through. Then was a job simulation, ie - how you would act in different scenarios and finally an assessment centre
