They invited me to a complete a video interview. No one bothered reaching out to me at all. Out of respect, i completed the video interview and never heard A WORD from them. 2 months later I received a random auto response email from Bernice Hallinan saying they will not proceed any further. Really??? You guys are pathetic and should be ashamed of yourselves and your ridiculous process!

2 hours worth of online testing (attitude & personality testing) interesting but I question the overall value. 3 interviews with different HR folks generally 30-40 minutes in length and each one was separated by a week. Then the phone interview with the hiring manager took 3 weeks to set up. After that, it took 3 weeks to get an answer on status. So, overall 8-week process that included 5 hours of time plus numerous emails. HR folks were very kind during the process but I don't think lines of communication are in place between corporate and the field.
