Very lax and informal first interview. The store manager described himself as a “funny jerk” and someone who likes to be “left alone” to have others do their own jobs. Monopolized the entire conversation even though he told me, “tell me about yourself” but I wasn’t able to get more than 5 sentences out for the entirety of the 35-45min. conversation. Told me he was recruited for the store manager position while working for a different company and had no previous experience working for Ashley Home Furniture beforehand.

They are well within the standard range, and the overall average aligns closely with what we anticipated based on previous data and projections. This outcome falls exactly where we expected it to be in terms of performance metrics.
