Sent CV + cover letter to a current employee Got a Skype interview in English (no matter what is your mother language) Was sent a written exercise composed of 5 questions related to the projects I had created to how I would improve Ashoka's communications, giving specific strategies etc After reviewing the exercise they called for a face to face interview which expanded more on my experience and background. Then they called back to do a practical exercise at the office (translation and correction of one of their newsletters and give my opinion on specific communications material) I finally met the team I was gonna work with
