Multiple rounds with layers of sales management- mostly motivational and general sales questions. How you approach new clients etc. What was extremely off putting- one answer they provided to a question of mine “we do what we say we’re going to do”. Just saying, not once was that evident in the interview process. Take it for what it’s worth.

3 rounds with different levels of leadership along with Human Resources. Very basic sales questions- nothing too crazy . More so focused on you and how you personally might be a fit with your sales skills.

Round 1 Technical Interview, Round 2 Assessment, Round 3 Discussion on the given assessment, After the assessment they ghosted and not provide any further information. Questions were mainly based on new AI technologies and AI First tools like Cursor, Bolt.new
