I met with about 5 people, each for 30 minutes. The interview is more about if you would fit with the client services role rather than asking your behavioral/technical questions, but overall pleasant.

Entretien
I first had a short phone interview with HR. After that I had a zoom interview with three people all at once. They were all different levels in the firm and it was more of a conversation than an interview.

Entretien
The interview process was 2 rounds and including the HR phone interview it was 3 rounds.
The questions asked are fairly SOARL type questions. But they place great emphasis on communication skills - vocal and written.
