The hiring manager kept blinking both eyes and he did not seem to know what kind of candidate he was looking for. He seemed to be unprepared as he didn't really read through the applicant's CV. Only during the interview session, he then claimed the position is an assistant position instead of executive level which the job title seem to be. He even put an judgement and discriminate that a mature candidate will not want to work with younger counterparts especially those are much younger and will not able to accept low pay job.
