The interview process itself was fairly easy and included standard interview questions. I was told I would hear back within a week either way, but after two weeks I still haven’t received any communication. A simple follow-up email goes a long way, especially for candidates who invested time in the interview process. The lack of communication reflects poorly on the company’s hiring process.
