Awkward, very formal and a major time-suck. I was over-qualified for the position and knew I had more experience than the position required, but I wanted to feel it out regardless of that. The atmosphere inside was more formal than a Wall St. based, old-school white man run firm- and this was the most important factor that I remembered from the interview whole process.
