It feels like you interview with everyone at the company. So many steps, on-site, etc. It almost feels like a vibe check because nobody asked about my past experience after the screening call. Ultimately declined the offer due to their unwillingness to negotiate PTO.

Interview was conducted via Microsoft teams meeting. The interview was very direct without the typical interview questions. Focused more on the position and what issues were present that justified the position.
