Initial interview is a phone interview to explain a bit more about the position and the responsibilities associated with it. Interviewer asked some questions regarding previous experiences and comfortability with certain tasks listed in the job posting description. Will then forward notes to the clinical team for another virtual interview if chosen to go forward.
