I was referred to Astex by a friend already teaching for them, so it was very simple for me to arrive at the interview stage. In the interview Ricardo, the DOS, was very friendly and not at all intimidating. The interview lasted about 30 minutes before I had an opportunity to ask my own questions. Ricardo hired me immediately after the interview.
