The interview process was very smooth and it felt like they did a good job disclosing all tasks you are responsible for. They also revealed how they build a schedule each week and the hourly expectation for the role.

Entretien
Very simple interview where they interviewer mainly wants to know more about your and your ambitions. I'm not sure if they still do this but you start off with a quick phone screen and at the end of it you will have to schedule an in-person interview.

On the critical thinking side, know your strengths and weaknesses so you know how you can contribute to the company. There's also a scenario question asking what you would do in a situation where you're placed in a position to multitask.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy. I was referred by a friend, and the manager was very nice. I am a college athlete with experience studying sports and exercise science as well. The job was fun, I enjoyed helping out the physical therapists, developing relationships + helping clients in their rehab process. It is pretty fulfilling.
The interview lasted no more than 15 minutes and the questions didn't seem difficult at all. I was referred to the location from a manager at a different location, so they already had a bit of an idea of who I was. Overall, the interview went smoothly.
