Entretien
Online application followed by online aptitude tests, telephone interview and an assessment day. The online tests are relatively straight forward - a mixture of numeracy, literary and logical/cognitive reasoning. The assessment day is well organised and activities are relatively engaging and challenging.

Question 1
A mixture of general competency based questions and technical questions to understand your level of knowledge within the particular field you applied for. The group exercise is possibly the hardest to excel within. They are looking for you to be able to communicate with the other applicants effectively, not be too over bearing and display some knowledge around subject matter.

Entretien
The process was fairly simple. It consisted of 3 stages: an online application where you fill out a form on why Atkins and your motivation for the role, Followed by an online assessment which had SJT, numerical reasoning, and finally an online interview that lasted 1.5 hours and consisted of 3 parts, getting to know the company, them asking you personal questions to get to know you and finally a technical assesment.

Tell me about yourself, Why Atkins why the role, Describe a situation where you went all out for a client, describe a time when you had multiple deadlines and what did you do then the technical assessment was basically to do with conducting a transport assesment.

initial applicalication process with candidate basic details, Following the application, there will be an assessment test to assess the applicant's abilities through an online assessment. after succssfull in assessment, invterview will be done

Entretien
The interview began with competency based questions. They were common interview questions about yourself and what you knew about the company. This was followed by technical questions. This included some calculations and giving your findings / recommendations. The last part was general discussion and answering questions I had regarding the role. Overall it lasted for 1 hour 40 minutes and I greatly enjoyed speaking to both interviewers.
It was nice to know them.
