Entretien
Initial communication was good, unfortunately it was all downhill from there; First interview seemed very ad-hoc / unstructured although positive and encouraging. Many weeks and a couple of ignored emails later I was invited to a second interview. During the second interview I was asked about timescales, I confirmed it had been 3 months so far - the interviewer commented that was good for Atkins!! Again, the interview was very positive and I was told they would be in touch soon to discuss where my skills & experience may fit in Atkins and one of the interviewers had 1 or 2 specific roles in mind. As I expected I heard nothing, so decided to chase for an update after around 2 months and unsurprisingly was completely ignored.
Now 8 months after initially applying I am still none the wiser regarding outcome and there is no way I could work for a company this disorganised, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Entretien
Inefficient, unorganised & rushed. I was asked questions I was asked at the application stage, on the phone and again in interview (very inefficient). The questions were not targeted to the job at all and overall it didn’t leave a good impression. I’ve applied before, and been asked to an interview months later, this time I was assured that was an exception….. and I’ve still heard no formal response on outcome (I did have a high salary expectation so I expected *some* additional time).
