I do not remember much of my interview other than I was qualified and pretty much hired on the spot since they were short staffed. it took a total of 4 weeks from interview to start

Impossible to get interview unless you know somebody or unless you hit all the key words their automated system is looking for. Super short staffed, hire many travel nurses but will treat current employees poorly.
