first interview with the operations responsible then with the business manager then with the DG. it was not that difficult, they all as a general question, just the operations responsible ask about my experience and why I'm moving from my company. and the business manager asked me about my studies and the field I like to work on.

consists of 2 main interviews, many questions about motors, common failures , how to solve it, how you discriminates between AC and DC motors, tell a problem faced you how you solve it.
