I really appreciated the structure of the interview process at Atlas Copco. It began with a unique and engaging "Live Resume Review" with the hiring executive, followed by a longer, in-depth second interview with the same individual. Both conversations were thoughtful, challenging in the best way, and left me feeling excited about the opportunity and the team. Unfortunately, while the interviews themselves were impressive, the overall candidate experience fell short. I was told I would receive an update within 9–10 days after the second interview, but I never heard back—no final decision, no closure. Being ghosted after two rounds left me disappointed, especially after what had otherwise been a strong and respectful process. I hope the company will consider making improvements to post-interview communication, as that final step is so important to maintaining a positive candidate experience.
